Shelly Steuart

Shelly Steuart is a life long resident of Collinsville, that has been
involved in the Historic Miner's Institute since 1989.  But her
relationship with this grand theatre didn't start there, she attended                         
movies and events at the theatre ever since she was a kid.  Shelly                        
began her career at the theatre just out of high school, by performing in and
directing community theatre at the Miner's.  In 1993 she founded and was the
executive director for CATS, a community theatre group that called
Miner's home.  In 2002, the CATS board of directors was instrumental in
restructuring the fallen MIF board and moving the Miner's project
forward.  Shelly holds a Bachelors degree in Technical Theatre/Design and a
Master's degree in Communication.

Christina is a lifelong resident of the Collinsville/Caseyville area.        
Her interest with the Historic Miner's Institute began as a child       
growing  up Caseyville. Her interest increased when becoming a member
of the board of directors with the Historic Miner's Theatre, where she directs, and
stage manages 4-5 productions each year, as well as teaches theatre classes for
young people. Christina is currently working toward her Bachelor's degree in
Organization Leadership and is a client services professional with a local firm, as well
as Co-General Chairman for Encore at the Miner's, the in house theatre group.

Dr. Michael Romanich

Dr. Michael Romanich is a life long resident of Collinsville.  He holds a  
Ph.D. in Computer Science and is a professor at a local College.
Dr. Romanich is very interested in the preservation of the Historic Miner's Theatre.   
He has a variety of interests including sports, music, movies, motorcycles
and theatre. For the last Five years he has been the Music Director for the Miner's
Institute. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife, Cheryl, and their 6
children.

Cheryl Romanich
Secretary
Miner's Institute Foundation

Cheryl Romanich is a 15 year resident of Collinsville.  She is   
a mother to six and has a variety of interests.  Cheryl is    
very interested in the preservation of the Historic Miner's Theatre.    
Her Theatrical experiences and studies have been greatly enhanced since she has
become a member of the board at the Historic Miners Institute.  This also gave her the
opportunity to be part of the theatre group Encore at the Miner's. Her other interests
include music, reading, sports and collecting cookie jars.  Cheryl has an Associates
Degree in Computers and is a client services professional with a local firm.
